The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program provides a U.S. immigration pathway for qualifying investors whose capital is placed at risk in a new commercial enterprise and meets applicable job-creation and other statutory requirements.

Current statutory minimums are generally $800,000 for qualifying TEA or infrastructure investments and $1,050,000 otherwise.
Job Creation
Each EB-5 investor must satisfy the applicable requirement tied to creation of at least 10 qualifying full-time U.S. jobs.
Regional Center
Regional center cases may use qualifying indirect job-creation methodologies, subject to law, evidence and USCIS adjudication.
Petition Process
Regional center investors generally use Form I-526E, followed by the applicable immigrant visa or adjustment process and later Form I-829.
